The Hearth
A monthly makers circle
Gather : Connect : Make
Monthly meet-ups where we support you to focus on making something out of natural materials with your own hands, and we always have the fire on. These sessions run through the winter months and all resources and materials are provided, along with a cup of tea.
The intention is to provide a welcoming sheltered outdoor space, close to nature, to allow you to reconnect with your creativity and your local community, beside the generative warmth of a communal fire.
These sessions are in partnership with We Are Wonder.
First Saturday of the month
Time: 1pm - 4pm
16+ for people aged sixteen and over
Hot drinks and all materials provided
Sessions are free to attend thanks to National Lottery Funding, but please email us to tell us you’re coming as spaces are limited.

Saturday 1 August - WEAVE/CORN
From the final stalks of the harvest, people the world over have made figures — woven from grain, hung above the door, a blessing against the winter. Different hands, different lands, the same deep instinct. We're picking up that thread. With Gina.
Saturday 5th September - WHITTLE/CARVE
Carve your own wooden skulk of foxes that you can hold in your hand, their den disguised in a tiny log. With Sophie.
